My order status still says ‘Your order is confirmed’. Why hasn’t it updated?

Hang tight, it will update about 15 business days after you place your order.

'Your order is confirmed' - We’ve received your order and our team is processing it and manufacturing it. It will stay on ‘confirmed’ until we’ve manufactured and shipped your gear.

'Your order has been shipped' - Your order has been shipped and you can use the tracking number to find out where it is.
